1. The service
Ryselist turns property media you submit (a phone walkthrough video, photos, floor plans, or listing URLs) into edited photos, virtually-staged images, floor-plan renders, and written listing copy (the “Deliverables”). Turnaround times, formats and inclusions are described on the Service and may change.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.
3. Your content & licence to us
You retain ownership of the media and information you submit (“Inputs”). You grant Belvair AI a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process and modify the Inputs solely to provide the Service. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to submit the Inputs and have them edited (including rights to any property, persons or trademarks shown).
4. Deliverables
On full payment you receive a licence to use the Deliverables to market the relevant property listing. We may retain copies and use anonymised before/after examples to demonstrate the Service unless you ask us in writing not to.
5. AI-enhanced media & honest marketing
Deliverables may include AI-edited or virtually-staged imagery. You are solely responsible for how you publish them and for complying with applicable real-estate advertising and portal rules (e.g. Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, RERA/DLD), including any required disclosure that images are digitally enhanced or virtually staged. You agree not to use Deliverables to misrepresent a property.
6. Payments
Paid plans and per-listing fees are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees, billing cycles and any trial terms are shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once Deliverables are produced, and subscriptions renew until cancelled.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, infringe the rights of others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service.
8. No outcome guarantee
The Service improves how a listing looks, reads and how quickly it goes live. We do not guarantee any specific result — including enquiries, views, sale price, speed of sale, or portal ranking/score — as these depend on factors outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding and the Ryselist name and logo are owned by Belvair AI and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belvair AI’s total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Belvair AI harmless from claims arising out of your Inputs, your use of Deliverables, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellation is handled in your account or via support.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
